4	Extreme Close Up – From the side of Cameron’s face as he lies with no expression in silence.	Silence
5	MS – Of psychologist sitting down with pen and paper assessing Cameron	Psychologist says – “How are you feeling today?”
6	Close Up – Of Cameron	Cameron says – “Better days” in monotone
